Very sad news this as he wasn't old at all.

Have to say though, what a legacy to leave behind.

This man was such an inspiration to many with the way he defined the technology we use today. He built one of the biggest companies of our time from the ground up and set its standards so high that the legacy he is leaving behind will go on for years to come.
After the last few years of suffering with all his illnesses and downfalls, he still kept fighting on and showing his face in public to audiences who would applaud for minutes at the very sight of him. At least now he can finally rest in peace, and though it is a sad day for both his family, and the world of technology, it will make it stronger in the end.

Like Obama said... most people get informed about his death on a device he built. There isn't a bigger honour for a developer.

I loved and hated him for the things he has done to Apple. A pure genius. He spend more time in developing than in caring for his health...
