This is a few years old now. i can't remember the exact outcome from Renault but I seem to recall it was a one off dealership upgrade that on further inspection wasn't actually available....

I bought my Twingo there, yes I live in the netherlands.., they also do the 250's. They give those beauty's 320bhp, Drove one and was scared to h*ll as it was all wet. Never thought I would say something like this, but 320bhp in the Meg is too much, With the FWD you can't control the car properly anymore. Not even in a straight line.

The 150bhp Twingo sounds better, just that little more power, makes it a better competitor against the 500 abarth and cars like that

wondering if they rounded it up like renault did? got to be tops 140bhp. no chance in making that with stage one upgrades, it'll need cams at least like the r2's :(

rubbish,my 250 had 320hp and it was fantastic.LSD diff and trick front suspension the car can handle more than 320.

Doesn't the non cup not have the LSD? In which case maybe the one he drove didn';t have one and 320bhp. In which case you could both be right!

Doesn't the megane have the funky revo-knuckle alternative that helps to combat torque steer and whatnot?

Every review I've read, even those with remaps, has commented on how well it handles and puts the lower down especially whilst cornering...

I havent driven one myself so no comment on my behalf!

It does indeed Matt, which last year Ford decided to renounce their own version as something new when in reality it was "borrowed" from RS.

Haha yeah I remember reading an article that said ford had launched something renault have had for years and all ford did was give it a fancy name! Revoknuckle does sound cool though :p
