Rain/Soap Streak marks on factory fitted decals/vinyl

Hi all,

I have streak marks on my factory decals (RS 133 Cup grey door decals) that are bothering me.

Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Should I use vinyl cleaner or something like that?

I personally use autoglym fast glass to remove the manky white marks off my door pillar vinyl works quite well and doesnt appear to have harmed it in the past year
