if yes do you need to change wheel bearings too? does the bearing come preassembled in the disc?

also do i need an ABS ring aswell?

Cheers

My rears came with bearings as well. I had APEC ones on mine

i'd like a bigger rear disk, it looks a little small :')
I'd like rear discs... Don't know why the GT hasn't got any to begin with!
Doesn't need them not enough power and weight to warrant it and it's (initial) use isn't track orientated.

If you look at a lot of cars they sport drum, I THINK it's due to cost.

Yeah they're lifted from a Megane iirc, it's purely gonna be cost. Mine aren't even 10% worn after 13,000 miles driving. The weight is transferred to the front as its a front heavy car and they do the braking.

No need to change unless as you said its for looks. Tbh with the hassle it would cause, I imagine with the traction control too probably biting and causing a few other niggles I wouldn't bother.

Bumpitty.

Didn't want to start a new topic - generally curious if it's a bad idea to upgrade the rear discs/pads if they need to be done, or will that possibly unsettle the braking balance, considering the fronts aren't getting done at the same time and are OEM?

Webber. Make sure you get new rear hub nuts as they are nylock ones . You will need a toque wrench ( 175nm ) & to make life easier a piston winding tool. I bought one form a motor factors £6 that fits on the end of a socket drive.
I replaced mine a few weeks back with genuine Renault ones . These include bearings & ABS rings..
Hope this helps..
