Just read this article, which on it's own is sad for Renault, however there's one paragraph that particularly concerns me.

https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/autoexpressnews/277858/renault_to_cut_60_jobs_in_the_uk.html

All 135 of the remaining franchises will sell Dacias alongside Renaults following the launch of the Romanian budget brand in Britain later this year.

Some dealers in the renault network I've dealt with struggle to know enough about Renault cars on their own - let alone if they're having to sell some Dacia things at the same time.

Also a bit worrying if they're being forced. It might make the garages seem like a bit more of a budget brand

dealerships in austria are selling dacias for quite some time now... I don't see the problem, as those cars come from the same factories and are technically quite similar, as they use "old" renault parts anyway. btw the dacia duster is quite an impressive car for the money... and it comes with a K4M engine like the twingo RS :)

hmmm. Perhaps I should hold my words till I've seen a few over here...

the Duster and Sandero are all part of the Nissan B family like the twingo and the cilo3, shared engines and platform etc.

The forcing bit is a bit of a worry.

Here in Belgium they sell Dacia's in every Renault dealership and always have atleast 1 model in the showroom (usually the Duster).
