I've heard that these aftermarket flat panel filters help the car accelerate quicker....how's the sound of the car with it in? It obviously doesn't make that much of a difference compared to that of a cone filter? Or am I wrong?

Its probably better for power in comparison to a cone filter but definitely wont be as loud
