Ok, if you have an iPhone (not sure if other platforms are supported : android, blackberry Etc) download road trip le

It allowed you to track your mpg and fuel usage over all your fill ups.
Take a screen shot and post it up :)

Cant find that one on Android

really dont want to know what my car is costing, stopped using fuelly because it scared me.

It's free. Download it and have a play

You just enter:

Your mileage
Amount filled up
Price

Oh fair enough, pretty simple! I have an S3 at the moment, could get it on my iPod touch though as that's permanently connected to my car stereo lol

Think im gonna have a go at this, not sure i wanna see the results tho

Hmm...how accurate is this? Also how accurate are the on board trip computers average mpg readouts? Anyone know?

well this is accurate as it works it out from:

the amount of fuel it takes to fill your tank up
the miles you drive between filling up
the price you paid
the amount of fuel you put in

simples :D

Hmm will give it a go...will be interesting to see if there are any differences in the app readouts and the on board dash readouts!

I filled up first last saturday, filled up today just now.. And thats with 40 miles on a motorway doing 80, some quite boyracerish moments and giving people lifts!

Happy with that! I always wondered what kinda mpg i was doing
