RS gear knob

Managed to buy one for a 6 speed gear box by mistake (now on my clio so not a big deal) and can find them everywhere.
But cannot find one for a 5 speed anywhere, the ones I have tried to buy of Amazon and eBay have been cancelled and payment refunded due to no stock.
Does anyone know where I can get one or who is selling one?

Is it the standard gear knob with the 1-5 numbering on the top? Made of that leather type material?
