not sure but correct me if i am wrong but i beleave some one said you can not have the rs monitor on the twingo rs but this video says you can

You can have an RS monitor on a Twingo, the new Silverstone limited edition has it on.

However they had to stop offering it as an option for a few months due to the Tsunami in Japan, it's now available to order again I believe. I've got it on my Clio, highly recommended.

I actually put the RS Monitor on the order for my Gordini but it would have delayed the car by another 3 months and after waiting almost 3 months for the car I took it off the order! lol

Only available on new cars made to order so that wouldn't of been the case.

Well considering I ordered the car at the end of April 2010 and with the RS monitor it would have been 6 months in total! F*ck waiting that long. :shock: haha

That's true actually Maggi, seems daft not to offer it on the Cup considering it's the one that's meant to offer the no frills performance, would make sense to have at least that as an option.

TBH I bought my car with the intention of tracking it. The RS monitor is actually available as a GPS app free from itunes... Not that I've had a chance to try it yet!

The built in RS monitor is only available as an option and can't be retrofitted. Also not available on cups due to it requiring the uprated headunit etc with bluetooth and whatnot.

The iPhone app has basically the same features and it's only really the megane version that's different as it shows boost.

If you have the Renaultsport monitor app, get a dock cradle for your i-phone, sit it in the window and tbh it works probably just as well as the real thing; tried it in my mums Meg 250, really interesting!

They show it on the steering wheel in the megane trophy (the actual racer) in the ad for the rs monitor.

I've got the iPhone app an aslong as you have a good GPS signal it works a treat ;-)

The app is no where near as good as the actual RS Monitor but still good fun to use

Best thing about the RS Monitor, it shows you the oil temp!
