Time for another monthly competition for the RS Twingo, but with revised rules, which are hopefully clearer on the photoshop/no-photoshop front which will hopefully open up the artistic scope for entries as theres been some cracking HDR style pictures in the past

* By photoshopping we mean that you cannot:
1. add modifications to change the appearance of your car i.e. changing its colour, adding new alloys or bodykits etc.
2. change the background of the image, for example, photoshopping your car in a completely different location. Cloning out a stray crisp packet would be ok.

You can:
1. Add borders and copyright signatures to your images.
2. Submit black and white images or selectively coloured images
3. Brighten/darken the picture as a whole, or parts of it.
4. HDR / tone mapping.
the whole rules

Show us what youve got :) But, please no driveway or wheeliebin shots

Entries close for polling on 23rd May

I'm going to get a driveway and wheelie bin shot. What you going to do about that?!!!!

Maybe forget to add it into the poll
Have an accident with the delete button

Both options could be deemed a simple mistake

cracking pic, u got the car sorted then?

doesnt that screw your tracking yotah? friend hit one of those kerbs in his 172 and it knocked his tracking out

It was on a wet saturday, and the speeds weren´t super high, so i was actually more looking at doing some stupid things with the car. I climbed the curb pretty kindly actually :D

It's stainless steel, but with the salt last winter and the heat, it become pretty much brown... I need to clean the car!!!

James. You chickened out of the ammendment  With this in mind, I trust yours was done with wireless release ;)

Last night, James was questioning wether Yotahs picture was eligible for entry, as it breaks rule 6. "The picture submitted must have been taken by the member"... Obviously this one wasn't taken by him and therefore issues of copyright start to come into play if we wanted to use the picture for flyers of the club calendar.

Therefore, we have had a re-write and they will take effect from now

In which case, he would be the copyright holder, just like he would it he pressed the shutter release by hand, and therefore has every right to use the picture how he wants.

The changes are hopefully to prevent a profesional motorsport photographer taking offence at having one of their pictures printed without their knowledge ;)
