I keep seeing a blue 133 around the Kettering area. Seen the same car about 3-4 times now. Could be the same guy?

Could be, it was outside a house in kingsthorpe Northampton, ran up his drive way and chucked a card under the wiper. I see him near the a45 a lot though!
