Apparently they're not 100% on it being 4x4 as they would have to increase the ride height. The X5 and X6 on the other hand.
I used love BMW but in my opinion they've gone a bit soft. I know they have to stay current with emissions and being green and all that but they are gradually killing off proper M cars.
That engine will be epic though.

Impressive tech. But I do think bmws look horrid these days

Oh, great, something else for the bl**dy apemen to terrorise the rest of us with on the roads, and their molls to clog up traffic outside schools!!!

+1.

I've lost all interest with BMW now. They used to make cracking cars, The M Division were second to none.

But, after the whole ''synthetic noise'' thing with the new M5 and their determination to kill the NA V8, I give up with them.

Yep. Not that many car companies these days make pure drivers cars anymore. There's always got to be some green or safety thing to spoil the fun.
I used to have a BMW Mini with stop start. Drove me mad! I programmed by left arm to automatically turn off 'stop start' as soon as I got in the car.

Hahaha I don't blame you!!! From the outside it just sounds like you've stalled everytime you stop.

Surely an engine uses more fuel restarting itself after 25-30 seconds at the lights then it does just ticking over at 900RPM!?!
