Right I know a fair few people have shown an interest in doing a run what ya brung meet at Santa pod. On the 26th-27th of October, Pod hosts the flame and thunder show and then on the Sunday (28th) will be the last run what ya brung of the year.
The venue opens at 8am and sign on time starts at 9am, it's said to get there early to be guaranteed a chance to run the strip. The entrance fee is £10 and then there is a £25 sign on fee which then allows you to unlimited runs on the strip. You can also ride as a passenger if you do not wish to take your car, however this also has a fee of £10.
Also according to the Santa pod website gymkhana grid will be held on this day, which gives an added bonus to go and watch.
I will be attending this with a few friends and a couple of c2 vtr's so we could have a bit of a head to head between the c2's and twingos if anyone was up for it.
If you need any more information don't hesitate to ask or you can head over to www.rwyb.co.uk or www.santapod.co.uk
Also I will be camping all weekend at the flame and thunder show if anyone s interested in that as well. Tickets for the weekend including camping is £27 which includes entrance on the Sunday as well.
Here's a price guide of what I've seen on the website
Prices:
Weekend camping and admission to flame and thunder and RWYB: £25
Gymkhana grid: £10 entry fee
RWYB: admission and racing - £35
Spectator admission: £10
Racing for those that camp: £25
There is an added £2 fee if you choose to have the tickets posted to you rather than print them yourselves.
Not 100% if you get admission to gymkhana grid with the camping ticket.
"Advance ticket prices are available until 5pm Friday 19th October. After this date standard tickets apply as either "print at home" option until the day before the event or on arrival
Gates open on Friday 26th October at 2pm."
