Seat airbags

I'm in the process of changing the seats in the twingo and don't want to go any further because I'm not sure how to disconnect the seat airbags. Does anyone know how to do this?

hasn't your car got the "switch air bags off" dial open drivers door its by the front facia, right of steering wheel.
