What would you guys recommend for a car with 29000 miles that hasn't been serviced in 12000?

I've just heard stories or synthetic leaking out etc, would like to hear your recommendations as I don't mind spending extra to keep my car in good condition

personally i'd go with exactly what renault recommends in their technical data in terms of or synthetic. that is what they gurantee will get the most out of your engine for longevity and will protect your internals the best and i believe that is fully synthetic but don't quote me on that.
