Service schedule and rough costs

I'm handy with a spanner and can carry out the majority of jobs and maintenance. But for that stamp I need to weigh up costs.

Can someone point me in the direction of the service schedule and what are the rough costs of these from dealers/recommended indies?

I got stung with my last car believing it to be cheap to service, which it wasn't at all!
