For anyone in near range of Sherwood Pine Forest who likes off-road cycling, I'd suggest you take a trip to there at some point. If you're fairly proficient, head straight for the XC route. It's great. I spent most of my time there having fun, so didn't get any real pics from the most awesome trails or jumps, but here's a couple of snippets to give you an idea.

There's a big mix of terrains, some very open areas, some with very close proximity to the trees. Some jumps and drops, with all the banked corners, tricky sections.... that you could want. And that's before you get to the "bike park" bit, where there's the set-up big trails and dirt jumps section. I'm definitely going back at my next opportunity :D
