Silver non-cup 133 I think! Watford tube station

Four thirty ish this afternoon drove past what looked like a non-cup RS although it could have been a GT (didn't have much time to look!) parked directly in front of Watford tube station. Anyone?

I've never seen it around and I drive past that quite often

Well it was definitely a silver twingo right outside the station, but I think now it may have been more GT than 133. Since it was Sunday afternoon it may not be a regular commuter. Whereabouts do you live if you go past there regularly?
