Skiing/Snowboarding

I'm off to Glenshee on Saturday to get some Skiing in =D
Anyone been to Glenshee?

I havent personally, but a guy on my college course went not long ago and he couldnt stop talking about how good it was, so i think you will be in for a good time

Only sking ive done is on one of the fake slopes. Use to have one at school many years ago that we use to have a PE lesson on

We were lucky we had a patch of concrete that we could play football on :lol:

I need to find out if a 160 snowboard will fit in the Twingo =P
I don't trust my brother to drive that road in the slightest, he's a d*ck of a driver at the best of times but the "agreement" is, if his board arrives today, he's driving the Swift (getting roof racks off his mate), if not, I'm driving...which I would prefer.

Weather's looking good for tomorrow, Snow/Hail above 700m (base is at 650ish) and sun =) Well looking forward to it!

Matt, my snowboard doesnt fit in the car unless u take the back seats out and lie the front passenger seat completely flat. my snowboard is about 6" long, its a nightmare, i use my dads van instead

It does fit anyway...kinda....hovers over the handbrake =P I'd have my mates in the back to hold it in anyways lol.
My brother's gone to get his roof racks.

Hoping the weather improves a bit, looked a bit miserable this evening, was beautiful at 12.
I'll make sure I take tonnes of pics =) still haven't made my mind up whether I'm Snowblading or Boarding yet =P

My board fits in my car fine, although obviously put the seats down... and I think it was a little on my mates shoulder... But it fit!

I'm BAAAAACK!

Skiing was fecking brilliant =D Great weather, great slopes (though a fair amount of ice and unpacked snow).
I feel like I've been in a car crash though! I've got whiplash, sore shoulder, sore wrists and a sprained ankle.

Was a great day though, can strongly recommend it to anyone.
