******* van drivers need to learn to drive! Pull out a road in front of me then to top it off sitting in traffic i go up the side of him like all cyclists do so he decides to drive into the kerb where i am and hits me! best thing is i have a bight yellow reflective jacket on and lights and the blind prick cant see me! How do some tossers get a licence?

There's a lot of people around that are terrible to cyclists. I feel your pain, have been annoyed by many a car whilst cycling

Hope it was only a tiny knock into you

Lucky it was a tiny knock i was at the mirror when he hit me but ducked from the mirror hitting me in the face and took a knock in my side and on my leg then into the kurb. Thankfully my left pedal let me clip out so i could put my leg out so i didnt come off the bike and hit myself against the kurb. Looked round at him and gave him the stare of death while shaking my head. I think if i wasnt a road away from home i would have had words but with it raining on and off didnt fancy getting wet over some cock that needs to take his test again.

Hopefully my pedal went along the side of his **** VW Transporter van! Wouldnt made much diffence cause it looked like a shed anyway.

I completly know what you mean.. just like that old fart who crashed into my old 133, I stood at traffic lights, 3 lanes for driving on PLUS I was the only one standing at the lights.. and she JUST crashed into me, left and right beside my car was NOTHING, but she just had to DIRECTLY hit my 133 from behind... was about to kill her so badly...

Sometimes I think that video was taken in germany...

Fortunately you (and bike i presume) werent hurt.

I once left a nice dent in the side of a van, after it overtook me, then turned left very shortly afterwards forcing me to turn left as well, due to me leaning on the side of it.

I've also been over the bonnet of a car, but that was just a case of then pulling out of a junction without looking.

Hence why I ride (well at least used to) like a bit of a tit in traffic, treating most drivers with more than a little contempt

damm it he missed!!!

Tell the van driver I'll match your offer so he gets double.

Glad your ok tho ;)

Who wants to take the forum over then if people have put me on the hit list?

arrogant drivers. Really hack me off. Fortunately I've not had any real road rage experiences for a while now (what's up with me?! lol) unless being stuck in stop-start traffic on the M6 North from Birmingham to Cheshire on a Friday evening counts?

Glad you're ok though Karl, could have been worse; came across this on Youtube the other day.

I had to do a course at work last Thursday (cps it's called) and the drivin instructor doin it see a cyclist go round a apex with a dust cart. Let's just say the cyclist lost his leg now the instructor is goin to court to give his side of the story. Dustcart driver wasn't checkin his mirrors
