Still Waiting.....

I was meant to pick my RS 133 Silverstone up on Monday and then i had to wait till tonight and ive still not got it yet as Renault hasnt recieved the V5 paperwork from head office. All i want to do is take it from a spin and enjoy what a beautiful car the 133's are. Fingers crossed ill have tomorrow.

Cheers mate, Im picking it up from Arnold Clark in Warrington its a pretty big dealership but the head office is in Scotland so that may have something to do with the delay.

I'm gonna suggest arnold Clark is probably the issue, regardless of where the head office for them is

Indeed , AC are the issue themselves . I was 6 months waiting for my CUP model from when they where released, because they hadn't placed the order but took my money.... Get em to chuck some Renault sport mats in as a sorry for the delay...

I would kick up a fuss mate.

In my experience... Arnold Clark cannot be described politely! I will never have dealings with them again... they are happy to help with any problem you might have, even discount a car for you to ensure you can afford it. They will remove every possible perk to buying a car from a dealer possible in order to do this but still, of course this is right up until the minute the empty your bank account of your hard earned money for a car that sounds amazing on paper but in reality you WILL be returning to the dealership numerous times to have the bodge jobs/repair work fixed.

luckily my 133RS is now an actual gem and is very heavily used and i never have problem with it anymore but when i first had it, it was an endless supply of trips to renault to get this.. that and tother sorted!

A part of me wonders if they get a discount for buying cars that have been made on a friday afternoon?

If its not hear this morning guys then some strong words will be said over that phone. It already comes with the Renault sport mats whether their standard on the Silverstone I'm not too sure so I'll be asking for a full tank of fuel that's for sure. I'll keep you posted in here as to what happens later, their ringing me at 10:30.

i have never dealt with AC (thankfully) but after hearing other peoples dealing they not the best
