strange noise

I noticed it yesterday. Today its worse.
Basically sounds like something is loose in front of where the driver sits.
A knocking sound. Seems to be random not noticing steering or braking having an effect

Made the noise on the way to the girlfriends, driving back it made the noises again. Just took it for another drive and the noise has stopped!

i have a noise like this mainly makes it when pulling up to a junction only lightly braking. not sure if its my imagination but i can feel it with my foot. ive checked anti roll bar, brakes, lower joints and its none of them.

Apart from 10minutes this morning its not made the noise since.

To me, braking didn't cause the noise before as it made it when I was accelerating as well
