I know its anoying to say... But you'll be amazed at how different you feel if you do some hardcore exercise... bike ride or whatever. Just absolutely push yourself till you can't run/pedal/lift another step/rev/weight.

When you get home, you'll feel great.

I suffer. Im 21 and work as an accountant and I find it hugely stressful. Last gf wouldnt sleep in the same bed with me.cos I grind my teeth in my sleep amd its very noisy. So I started a hobby. I detail in my spare time as much as I can and it calms me down a lot. Anything youre passionate about that you could take yoi mind off things?

Agreed with the Exercise.

Try a hobby that's good for tension release.
I'm into Airsoft, so I get to run around (exercise) shooting people (tension release).
I could strongly recommend it...however, like Modifying, it is a hell of a money pit.
It helps me just to chill, I've stripped a few of my pistols down, taken all the paint off them and work on polishing them up with wet n dry etc, quite theraputic.
Washing your car helps as well.

Thanks guys, i might fix my bike and start cycling again.

I do karate and i have been since i was 7, i dunno if i should try doing extra training for it.

But i think i will try doing more exercise, thanks appreciate it.

Exercise is the key to destress! Swimming & cycling always does it 4 me. Takes disiplin tho.

For me, a good session at Tae Kwon Do cures it or as mentioned, good bike ride.

Didn't get a sponsor in the end. I was doing all the route planning & accommodation etc so left that up to the guy I was riding with, and just didn't get done in time. We just wanted to ride the trip for the fun of it really, though raising some charity money could have been good. I've got a touring bike which I rode for this. We were riding unassisted so had to carry all food / drink / clothes / spares / tools etc so had to go touring bike over road bike.
