I dont get paid a bonus for working during the olympics.. and im pretty sure most others don't either...

Surely that's between the workers and their bosses? If one company is not giving bonuses, then maybe it's because their renumeration is enhanced in another way. If one of my competitors was giving bonuses, then that's no reason why I have to. :?
