I'd imagine so. Sounds a bit strange - surely you'd have to do something quite out of the ordinary to manage to spin a ferrari at 80-100mph while just changing motorway lanes?!
 
Strange on the news here they speak of a Toyota Prius and a Nissan GT-R involved, not 2 toyota's.

And that the accident happend because in the incoming traffic a car was on the wrong lane and the Ferrari had to avoid that car and spun out of control.
