I had some pictures i took on my travels and i wanted them printed on canvas.
After going onto the photobox website it appeared the quality wasnt good enough so i settled for just ordering some prints in glass cases.
Anyway, the prints arrived and the quality of the cases were poor and the edges on the photos were terrible.
I e-mailed photobox explaining the issues and my unhappiness and they refunded the money + are sending two new ones out free of charge.
At the same time this was going on Neil got in contact with me saying how he could help me out by improving the picture quality etc, i was very thankful for this so sent him the files. He worked his magic and send them back to me.
I then went back onto the photobox website and managed to order a canvas picture (best quality and largest) with the picture neil did for me.. for.. wait for it.. £1.51 from £109.99 check it out:
