I'll make it brief...
I placed an order for a set of Carbon Fibre Renault Diamonds from Streamline Carbon a few weeks ago. They arrived this week and immediately I noticed that one of the Diamonds was the wrong size for the Twingo. I then informed Chris on Tuesday evening who immediately apologised for the issue and started production of a replacement larger Diamond Wednesday morning. I returned the small Diamond Wednesday afternoon and he had the replacement produced and mailed to me within 2 days... how is that for customer service?! Well impressed.
