Well.... I knew this day would come soon, my twingo is now surplus to requirements for the time being.

I have moved into the local town centre where the gf is near her work (literally 20 paces haha) and my work is only now 7 miles.... the short drive, awful parking situation and my dodgy knee all mean the twingo is being put into storage until at least christmas... then depending on a few things, possibly sold.

It will be a sad day when I lock up the twingo for the depths of winter - but for work I will be using the gfs clio to save the mileage on the twingo and no one really cares if it gets dinked on the car park as its a shed anyway. I am secretly happy about driving a clio again as I really enjoy these cars and love how they look (the t reg shape specifically.... very odd I know)

I will still be snooping about on here looking for all your brilliant mods to put on my christmas list for santa :)

all the best!

Got to do what you have got to do mate. You sticking around? the message sounded final.

Yeah I am staying around mate, nice to see how all the twingos are shaping up! I may even bring the heapy clio to a meet haha.

Using the clio from tomorrow ( so putting the twingo into storage tomorrow night until christmas, except for the mot in october) my commute to work was getting too much in that car - duno if its the driving position or jumpy ride but my knee has been really bad recently when in the car - physio are doing all they can, but when driving the clio (with its stodgy ride) I can walk in the evenings instead of limping ha ha
