Things that have annoyed me on the road tonight

To do with cars.

1. Broken headlights been past at least 5/6 cars with only one headlight on dipped beam
2. People with only one headlight that put the working headlight on full beam
3. Retrofitted HID kits, silly little kids lighting up the sky and everything around them except the road
4. People with blue/green sidelights, but not putting their dipped beam on?

it's always bloody VW's with the yellow as hell lights, never understand it. because everyone wants to see the road infront of them in yellow, okay then chaps.

Was coming back up the A5 actually from daventry to Lichfield (area)

I heard they're expensive optional extra's.

I rarely see company cars with this extra

Only thing that annoys me is when people cut across you because they're in the wrong lane or they don't allow traffic to filter in a filter lane or they try push in after you've already let a car in, in a filter lane.

on friday after i sorted a boy on heres car out for him, i was sitting in the slow lane of the motorway going 55 and an astra vxr pulls up beside me and floors the throttle but dips the clutch. attention seeking much?? i did burst out laughing and had to face palm myself, his mate was starring me down and gave me the finger. it was just too funny! he was a strange one

It's Astra and corsa Vxr city here, chicken and jra3d will back me up on that, there are all professional racing drivers too on the roads, laws don't apply to them

Fog lights on - no fog
Just sides & Fogs
Full Beam On
No lights at all
People not indicating
People leaving the indicators on
Middle lane hoggers (obviously)
People who cant do roundabouts (left lane to go right?)
People in the wrong lane who get in your way when correcting themselves
People who drive too slow
People cutting in a queue of traffic
Slow cars pulling in the right lane at traffic lights and still set off slow.
Old People Drivers
Women Drivers
School Run Mums in big 4x4s parking all over the road and blocking it just so they dont have to walk too far.
People who park next to me when there is loads of space
Dw118s neighbours - fighting over the car parking area. I swear they just sit at their windows all day waiting for a space then rush out and move their cars when someone leaves.

So not much really, Im pretty chilled out

I don't understand why so many people with old Civics (and other Japanese cars as a matter of fact) do that mod where the indicator bulbs are just on all the time, like sidelights? What purpose does this give? Do the indicators still work???

Kinda like this oscar, see it on a Civic just like this regularly around my area, saw a glanza with it too

Not sure if it's meant to look like how some US-spec cars have orange running lights??

A lot of vw's do it too, something to do with using vag com and programming them to do it

dan i thought you meant the side blinkers what they called haha not the actual main indicators. i see what you mean though, really not to my taste either. i believe they do some wizardry with diodes and reverse switches between the hazard lights and indicators which sets them to on. would it be something to do with the old style of lights where the indicator section was covered in an orange film and just used a normal bulb which shone through as orange?
