best to give neil a pm about where he got his bodies from, unless you want to adapt a lovely set of bike bodies to fit your intake manifold flange! neil should be known as mrthrottlebodies :D

I take it 172 or 182 won't fit! Might be a stupid question so apologies haha
Well, the F4R has different shape and spacing to the ports, so they wont fit... im not saying that they cant be made to, as some cutting, machining and welding can make most things achievable.

With the tight space, your looking at some work to either:-
Bespoke build a set of bodies to fit in the space available, as linked above.
AT-power bodies direct fit to the engine but need the expansion tank and slam panel sorting.

as you can see, theres parts missing between the two. bolt spacings are all off other than the far left / right. ditch that idea! the best thing to do will be to get your inlet manifold off, make a template of the mating face / flange and then have it milled out onto stainless steel or your choice of metal / plastic, get some larger bike bodies and cut them off at the mating surfaces and join them onto the flange you just had cut out. the rest will be mounting the injectors and air filters, which should be the easy part.

although that's only theory, in practice it's not so easy!

Well I have a friend who is a cracking mechanic and has made many things including throttle bodies so I may ask him to custom make me some his got really bad OCD aswell so I know it'll all be good! Just think they sound awsome gaha

that would be really cool, i know that the bodies themselves are easy to make. the biggest problem lays with the engine positioning as neil will tell you. very narrow space down the front of the k4m engine bay in relation to bumper distance. i think you should go ahead with it, get the inlet manifold off and get the flange shape sketched up and leave the rest to your friend :)

throttle bodies on a renaultsport is always a win :D
