.... is my mates little ones birthday outing. This week he was 1 so we deside we will all go out for the day for his birthday.

We are going to be traveling 2 and half hours north to West Midland Safari Park. I shall be in the misses Clio not the Twingo but shall keep my eyes out for any 133s we may come across. So if a Clio with roof bars flash you its me

I miss the general chitter chatter when it's not around.

As a side note for anyone heading the east midlands way, I found out yesterday that my local police have a new speed camera van. Looks like a plain white transit, with a couple of extra windows high at the back. No markings or anything. Don't know if other authorities are getting them too.

I wouldn't take your 133 to west midlands safari par anyway, won't end up the same as it went. I'd take the roof bars of rach's Clio as well

Yea the 133 isnt going off the drive but thats no change

Also why take the roof bars off ? Im sure they will be ok there bolted to the roof. All the monkeys can do is use it as a climbing frame ;)

I ocne had a Mk1 Cilo Diseasel took to to knowsley safari park and dared to go though the monkey pen. The car in front of me was a brand spanking new Saab 95, they lost both wing mirrors, wiper arms bent back and one of the little buggers bent the ariel beyond all recogition.

However, no damage done to the cilo execpt they managed to remove the rear wingscreen wiper blade which I had been trying get off earlier that morning.

I think ill leave the bars on but take the ariel off and maybe the wipers but then again its Rachels car not mine ;)

Had a great day today. Up at 630 so has been a long old day. Started off driving to West Midlands safri park (Only 3 hours!) that was a great except from the extra bits as there not much else to do after but the safri was about 3 hours long if not a bit more. Rachel wanted to go to Cadburys World to the shop to get some chocolate and i fought why not its only 45 minutes away so popped there a stocked up ;) then had a nice long drive home. But all in all was a great day and i would do it again.

Now im shattered and want my bed!
