Toyota FT-1 concept

mixed feelings on the interior and the wheels but everything else is just a big yes for me. i like the aggressive F1 car styled front (or at least i can see a vague resemblance) and the subtle curves & lines that puts me in mind of the toyota gt2000.

what's your thoughts on it ?

I think it looks awesome, like a gt86 with an insane body kit. I did wonder at first whether this would be made to compete alongside the Lexus Lfa with Toyota already making the gt86.
Now I know I'm basing this on a virtual game and may not be correct but it's now in granturismo 6. The rating for the car is pretty much the same as the lfa. But as I said I'm basing this on a guess from a game. Also costs more too.

perhaps influenced somewhat by Nissan cornering the 'cheap but still a supercar' market with the accessibly priced GTR, there has been a lot of talk over the years from Toyota big wigs that they'd replace the supra but i don't think that this FT-1 will be 79k like a GTR. it looks like it will be up there with a Zonda sort of price tag on looks alone don't you think?, not much has been said about engines or technical specifications however.

Performance wise it's going to be similar (or benched marked) to a Porsche Cayman S.
