Now I bought one of the ebay ones a while back, not sure what I did with it. Now for the money (iirc it was like £9 delivered) and I got it when everyone started getting them, the keyring ones. It was okay. But I want something slightly easier to use (i found it impossible to remember how to turn it on and record as it only had 1 light to tell you what was going on and more than 1 mode) and something with higher quality footage at a faster frame rate whilst being able to take footage longer than 5 mins.

What are my options and doesn anyone have any experience of these?

TIA

I'm not wanting to spend silly money but want a quality piece of kit. Not after a spielberg masterpiece obviously but I know you buy cheap you buy twice.

I'm about to post a video using one of these (when youtube finally uploads it :( )

The bigger button switches it one the the smaller one records. One click and it takes a photo the light flashes once, hold it down and the light flashes 3 times and you're recording video.

Not bad quality and it can take 16Gb micro SD cards

edit: I have a 6Gb card in atm and it recorded 25mins of footage, before the battery ran out (I forgot to charge it) and it still had tonnes of space left.

The battery life was what let it down for me. And I worked out how to use it, but once it's actually recording it stopped letting you know if it was or wasn't so never knew if it still was! FOr the money not bad, but not all that IMO

that's a video of me in the twingo taken from a 997 GT3 with a GoPro HD. video quality is amazing. sound is also good, but he used the wrong back-case so the cam was rattling the whole time :(

btw sorry for the bad driving. this was my 2nd or 3rd lap on the nordschleife and I didn't want to bring the twingo home in a hoover bag :)

Agreed with the GoPro cams, a couple of my mates use them for airsoft and they get great footage.

Oregon Scientific also do a bullet cam kinda thing, can't remember the model name though.
