Trax 2011 (4th Sept Silvertone)

I'll be attending Trax with some friends however if there is enough interest we can try and get a club stand?

4th Sept Silvertone but ticket deadline for clubs is 22nd of this month, giving us a few weeks to organise.

If you could let me know if you're going to attend and whether you'd like to join a club stand then I will look to book it next weekend (gives us a week to drum up interest).

Oh yeah and tickets are cheaper at £15 if you attend as a club vs £18 in advance or £20 on the gate!

Tracktime and 0-60 sprints are also available.

Just trying to sort this out as tickets have to be booked directly through us in bulk. Once ordered that's it no more on the stand.

I have just checked and the ticket deadline is the 22nd July. All ticket need to be ordered at the same time! Any after this date will not be included in the club stand!

Tickets are £15 each but due to them all being sent to myself and then i will need to post them on to yourselfs it will be £17 to cover recorded postage to yourselfs to ensure they make it to you.

payment to be sent to [email protected] via paypal and title to be Trax 2011 payment. All payments need to be with myself by 20th July to make sure we do not miss the cut off!

If we don't get any more responses from anyone in the next few days the club stand will have to be pulled. If this happens, those still wanting to go will have to buy tickets on the gate or in advance themselves (at a higher rate).

I'm still coming so need two tickets.I should b able to drop the cash round to u at the weekend if u want Karl?
but I'm not going to b parking on your stand so don't need a space if u get what I mean?
