A picture of my Twingo RS Gordini 133. Bought it a couple of months ago and love it

Ooooooooo a black 133 Gordini. Lovely looking cars! Have those alloys been resprayed?

They have and not very well either lol. Day I bought the car the front passenger side tyre blew, when I went to get it fixed the guy said they hadn't removed the air valves and the paint had corroded them causing the issue. £170 for new tyre =(.

I need to find someone to redo them properly.

I highly recommend pristine alloys near Milton Keynes I've had wheels refurbed there myself and also jra3d on here recently had his gordini wheels refurbed there in original black and diamond cut finish.

Yeah I noticed a couple of people nearby on the list of Gordini numbers, didn't realise before I bought the car how popular it was - I had never seen one before I walked past a dealership and there was one on the forecourt. I wasn't even looking to buy a car at the time but when I saw it I had to have it lol.

Nice car! Welcome along! You`re not the first person to catch sight of a Twingo RS and WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!! I had the same thing. Took my Clio 172 in to garage to have aircon looked at and they had a black RS with cup chassis in the showroom. I was all over it and then I sat in it. My poor Clio never stood a chance!

As for the wheels the guys up MK did a job I can't complain at! Amazing finish and £359 for all 4

Think they are going to have to wait a few months to get done, don't think my other half would appreciate me spending that much when I'm supposed to be saving for our wedding.

Might just have to get them done on the sly and hope she doesn't notice lol =)

A wedding shouldn't be about how much money you can spend. It's about bringing two people that love each other together in the eyes of god. (Or something like that)

Therefore alloy refurb > wedding. Man logic.

Looks lovely that OP, rare as well in black!

Wheel wise though definitely see if you can get the OEM finish though, polished face and black inserts looks great on the black Gordini!
