Hi all, got a 2009 twingo gt and having problems with my passenger seat not remembering the seat position. Eg if someone gets in the back from the passenger side you got to readjust the seat everytime :-/ is this just a fault on my seat or a general pain in the ass? Have tried searching the net and this forum but with no joy :-(

I believe this is correct. Only the drivers seat remembers it's position on mine

Yep, the right hand seat runner on the drivers side has a sliding pawl to act as a stop when sliding the seat back to its previous position. The passenger side is just a slider.

When the seat is folded forwards, instead of sliding the base all the way back, stop at the place you want, then fold the back up which will lock the slider where you want it ;)

That's the other difference. There's no height adjustment mechanism on the passenger side base... European LHD bases will have height adjustment and position memory if your that bothered
