Up for sale is my 2010 Renaultsport Twingo 133 Cup in Glacier White and completly custom and unique Twingo graphics inspired by the Megane R26R. This really is a head turner and has been on show at French Car Show, World Series Renault and Trax on the official Renault stands. Completely custom designed and installed graphics, carbon fibre effect bonnet and well as powder coated 17" Cup wheels make this car stand out.

I bought this car new only two years ago and have been the only owner since. Unfortunately due to other commitments I am forced to sell the car, despite how well it's treated me over the last two years, never missing a beat. Full service history by Renault themselves and very well looked after by myself. Every morning ensures that the car is warmed up before being driven and this careful treatment has proven worthwhile with not a single drop of oil ever going awol and not a single problem arising.

This is Cup model, not to be confused with the Cup optional extra pack, meaning the car is lighter and more responsive than it's heavier relative. Modifications made by myself to the car are only visual other than removal of the center exhaust silencers to give a sportier rasp (very similar to the optional extra exhaust that Renault now sell). With just under 30k miles this car has had it's fair amount of usage, although mostly on long distances such as to and from car shows up and down the country and has been excellent on fuel for such journeys. If you're looking to purchase a Renaultsport Twingo then there's no need to tell you about how well the car performs and handles, often being referred to as a road going go-kart - and they're not wrong. The Cup model includes 17" alloys wrapped in Contisport 3 tyres (recently changed less than 1,000 miles ago), lower and firmer suspension and weight saving techniques. The car really does handle like a dream and has the power and revs to take off when required.

There is still a years warranty, a years MOT and 4 months Tax on this vehicle. Insurance is very reasonable, even for younger drivers. Both keys are included as is all paperwork related to the car including all original documentation from Renault, services and parts.

Viewings are welcome at any time as long as notice has been provided to ensure the car is at home and available to be seen. I hate to state the obvious but please ensure that you are insured and have proof if you wish to take this car for a test drive.

Asking price: £6,500

Matt thats a truely stunning car, All the best with the sale mate!

Cant imagine it being up for long

Good luck with the sale Matt. If I didn't already have a 133....

It has been on Autotrader for almost 2 weeks and eBay for a week. Not a single phone call or email... nowt!

I know selling a modified car is always going to be tricky but I didn't think it would cause this much trouble. I was at least expecting some interest by now :( I'm going to stick with it for a while longer before biting the bullet and putting this back to standard. Don't support anyone wants to swap wheels? :p

If you put it to standard, id say the wheels would give it that 'edge' other other GW 133's as they just look so right

im actually tempted....
especially for the cheaper insurance

the twingo has done more miles than my bmw and its two years older though...

Finance is currently outstanding but final payment is due next month when the finance will be cleared entirely (proof will be provided too). Of course if someone wants to buy it in the meantime then I will pay the additional charges to clear this sooner...

Rob, do it :p regarding the mileage... If you owned this for two years them the mileage would even out to what your BMW has ;)

Of course I would rather it go to someone on here for various reasons :)

Good luck with the sale Matt. :) I remember seeing it just after you bought it, at FCS 2010 and all the work you put into it, someone is bound to snap it up. If I had the money I'd be tempted!

Update: Finance is now 100% cleared. I definitely need to sell the car now as my bank balance is pretty shocking!

If you convert it to a LHD, I'd buy it or.. it'd drive it this way and put a JDM sticker on it :p

Does the CUP come with A/C???

Nope.

No air con,no auto lights or wipers (thank god), and no standard tints and the individual sliding rear seats.

Bench seats and cup chassis as standard.

Good.

Knowing Renault it would go wrong to start

Knowing Renault they would cock fixing it up and argue warranty till blue in the face

Add to that the day you don't know you need wipers or lights on... The day you should give up driving

And on top of all that any car I've had them on always hates driving through tunnels or wooded areas like the lanes by my house
