So, after making several calls to Renault Customer relations in an attempt to find more information about my newly purchased 'Silverstone' I have to say that they were not particularly helpful....I'm sure the advisor I spoke to didn't really have a clue about what he was doing and pointed me in completely the wrong direction.
Anyway, I thought I would contact the Renault Press Office who have been extremely helpful. After a brief conversation with one of their staff I was asked to send an email outlining my query. I received a reply via email just a couple hours later with the confirmation that my Silverstone was 1/50 (!!) and that they would try to obtain the plaque for me as this was missing from my vehicle.
I am currently waiting for further news and really hope to receive plaque 1/50 in due course.
