Had a bad accident at football 2nite!
I've been told I'm on crutches for 6weeks!

It's a bit sore! Lol. Apparently going to get worse before it gets better!

No more driving the Twingo! :-(

that looks to be above your ankle joint. I know ankles swell up easily, but what have you pulled, ripped or broken up there?

Luckily it ain't broken, but it's apparently a longer heal time than a brake!!

It hurts like f**k this morning! Last nite I was all drugged up, this morning I ain't! Haha!

It's nowhere near as swollen this morning though.

It's frustrating!! Still can't put weight on it! And I'm like bambi on ice with these stupid crutches!!

Cheers! Was playing football, I got the ball, turned and shoot, but when my right foot landed after shooting, it just gave up, and my ankle folded right over itself, made a pretty ugly sound! Lol, I thought I could just walk it off, so tried to get up instantly but that failed! Lol.

This is why i don't any form of sport. My only injury will be a pie related death.

Ouch! Feel your pain dude! Had a few like that! Sprained my thigh a few months back, that made a tasty sound too! My right ankle is pretty knackered from snapping tendons twice! :lol:

That looks so painful! Wish you a quick recovery Football injuries are the devil! Was at training once and went in for a hard tackle, me and the other girl fell to the floor, the way i fell meant my wrist had twisted then the girl landed on it and all i heard was a crunching noise ... a lot of swear words later and I found out I had fractured my wrist in 3 places, cast for 8 weeks and couldn't play football or write anything as that was the hand I write with! Came in handy for when I was sitting exams as someone had to write for me

Thanks every1! Yeah swelling ha dropped but the whole foot is swollen now, and slowly changing color! Haha!

Here is my leg perch for the next few weeks at work!! Lol.

Doctor said I won't be playing football for at least 2months, that was 1 week ago.

She said if I can do an emergency stop then I can drive. I'm struggling to even gently brake at the mo.
my dad took my car for a spin at the weekend to keep it going, and wen he returned I tried to see what stage I was at in terms of driving, but I'm nowhere near driving yet! Grrrr!

Don't use the foot break use that instant clothes remover lever or do the classic top gear and use a mop/brush to control the break
