i have 205 tyres on the front any ideas on the correct pressure for a long trip mostly motorway
 
Open the doors of the car and look on the main bodywork. Can't remember which side of the car of the top of my head but the tyre pressure info should be there.
 
I think 32 psi front 28 back. That's for the non rs models. Not sure if it's the same for the rs ones
 
I still do on the back. To my surprise the fronts which are still 195s are about dropping off now at 18,000 miles so will need to replace and rotate soon do will be all round. I went for t1rs as my driving doesn't really require track rubber and I've always been impressed with their progressive loss of grip and wet performance whilst being a much easier price to swallow. I run them quite hard as thats to my taste. So won't comment on tyre pressures. Try oem pressures and then go from there till you get comfortable with how they perform and ride
