UK mail are absolutely shocking!!! Supposed to be delivering a parcel for my step dad, they left two notes saying they had called but no one was in, no time, date or information bar the parcel code on the note, I rang up to ask when they would be delivering for a third time for them to tell me that they had already been three times even though there was only two notes... I've just had to go 40 miles out of my way to pick up said parcel, to find out that the delivery man had been once before but they had left the parcel off the f****** van and that counted as one delivery!! They are a shocking delivery company, pissed right of
