UK mail are absolutely shocking!!! Supposed to be delivering a parcel for my step dad, they left two notes saying they had called but no one was in, no time, date or information bar the parcel code on the note, I rang up to ask when they would be delivering for a third time for them to tell me that they had already been three times even though there was only two notes... I've just had to go 40 miles out of my way to pick up said parcel, to find out that the delivery man had been once before but they had left the parcel off the f****** van and that counted as one delivery!! They are a shocking delivery company, pissed right of

Got a great postman round here. If he has a parcel, he just opens the door and bungs it on the floor and buggers off again!

Yup. Tried to throw in over the gate, but ended up on the flat roof next to it.

I remember once a postman with a parcel walked up my driveway and seeing just my car in the drive, didn't even ring the doorbell and just put the red card straight through the door! I was in the front dining room doing uni work at the time and watched him do it! Shocking!

I see there vans everywhere but never known them to actually deliver anything haha

UKMail are delivery drivers who work for themselves and have to hire the logo's, cab scanners and uniform from UKMail. And they're getting more and more annoyed at UKMail as they're loosing the lucrative customers and merely delivering mobile phones for most of the year atm the moment, thanks to the useless call centres. And because of the set up, the delivery service you receive is only as good as the driver on the day...

The worst I've ever had is DHL. Consistently late/throwing parcels over the gate. Also, (and this happened more than once) delivery window missed, so phone up to see where the parcel is, dhls response (after lots of chasing)
" it appears your parcel arrived at your local depot this morning, but rather than being put on the delivery van, it's already in Leeds on its way back to the sender"

Best courier service ive ever used is DPD, they text you to give you an exact delivery window of an hour and theyve never missed it with me. They also allowed me to change the delivery address by writing an email to them when the package was already on the delivery vehicle!

And I agree with the DHL comment, cowboys.

+1 to DPD. Best courier by far

I agree, I ordered the Speedhunters Volumne 1 and it was with DPD.

Missed the first delivery date (was working). They called me saying they would try a second attempt or bring it to a different adres.

Told them they could bring it to my work. There's a logistics company inside the company that handels packages. So the day after I picked it up there.

I once ordered something from Forge Motorsport (the reciculating dumpvalve) and instead of taking the package back with them when they couldn't deliver it, they left it on top of the mailbox.

I live on a very busy street, I'm glad noone took the box. Don't remember which company delivered it..
