Was out a drive this afternoon just after filing up the car, reset my mileage trip and for the first time my first bar of fuel didn't disappear until 62.3 miles!

That's low! Sure you filled it? If so... Wow... Lol

Well I have done a full tank in 118 miles lol

My god! mine has never been that low!

Did you forget to change out of first gear by any chance??

That's 15 mpg roughly lol well done!!!
Yeah not good ha ha but fun times though :)
I seem to remember Yotah getting near 12MPG on the 'Ring

Last fill up at my local Shell garage saw virtually no miles to the first bar going out. Two clicks when filling and I hadn't made it out of town before the first bar had gone :(

The garage is on a hill and the forecourt slopes upwards

i think we all have a small bermuda triangle in our tank, no one knows where the fuel dissappears too, its a mystery :)

I've done 2 clicks, waited and shake the car to attempt to sort any air in the filler cap and let the pressure equalise etc etc before, and filled to two clicks again. And I still lost the first bar before leaving the forecourt!

But then other times I can get plenty of miles out of it. I just ignore the first bar essentially. I find its easier to fill if I fill her up with 2/3 bars remaining than 1 bar or reserve

Just hit the half way marking the tank at 210.6 miles, not that I'm complaining!

Now you're not driving hard enough....
Taking it easy to see how much I can get out it!
