[]I know there are posts on v power, but after checking my handbook it says it will take 98ron fuel, v power is 99, will using v power be ok as its only one Ron different, just wonderd as people have said not to use v power in a twingo not sure about the the old shape but the facelift had this sticker in it saying 95 and 98

It'll be fine, won't damage your engine but your ecu is set to run 98ron fuel so you'll get a tinybit more from 98 than you would 99v power man boring ratio nonsense :)

Hi mate ant v power 97 and tesco ultimate 99 and iv only ever use v power I find it good to use

It will be alright, Chicken uses it i do believe
when I can get hold of it I do and haven't had any problems.

Thanks I was using it filled up once with a full tank then seen the post in here about not suppose to use it, but I've used it on all
My cars. Thought I check my handbook, and it does say 98 so close suppose :)

When I had my first car 1.1 rover 25, 51 plate:). I use to use Morrisons fuel and was quite happy till the garage was closed one day and had to go to texaco was shocked in the difference, so tried she'll and was also very good on the norm fuel, compare with Morrisons, then I tried v power and was like an engine upgrade it feels so much smoother and more responsive, in my rover it did anyway and is great in the 133 also , ( Mayr just a psychological thing the Ferrari logo on the pump maybe??)

After having my car mapped by Paul I'm going to have mine ran on shell v power only, I never knew how much of a difference it made until he said and showed.

this comes from my car when it was on the rollers and being remapped running 95 oct

This is after changing to V-power 98 oct , refueled 6 time before got on the rollers again

you can see the power curve is much smoother , so yes 95oct vs 98oct does help ;)
