Me and some friends (4 of us) want to go on a nice holiday.

We could do a cheap holiday to like Turkey or Spain but we're trying something more exotic. Also every person from around 20 years old seems to go to Turkey or Spain.. it's so mainstream.

This would be in August, between the date of 6th and 19th.

Looked up prices for Miami => 679€ with a rental car (Chevrolet Cruze) 176€ for 10 days. We'd do a roadtrip then and go from motel to motel. But this would be my third time in Florida.

Or one of my dream locations is Havana, Cuba. It's 956€ for an airline ticket but without hotel.

Other location is Malindi, Kenia since we have relatives there but an airline ticket is 1100+€ :shock:

Anyone else got any ideas/suggestions?

If you're now staying in Europe, and on your Top Gear theme, how about heading for the Transfagarasan in Romania?

Personally, I think you're pretty spoilt, with the Ardennes right on your doorstep.

True, I like the Ardennes but I've been there so much since I was a little boy.. with familiy, sportscamp, boyscouts.

Although the roads there isn't something I've done yet with my car and looks like those roads were made for cars like this

I go to Tenerife nearly every year and I love it but I went to Florida last year and had a ball. Although one of my friends done a Euro tour last year for 21 days and its definitely something i want to do at some point, his photos look great!

If you're wanting to go on a Lads holiday maybe Zante or Kos?

We'll so far its 3 guys and one girl.. knowing the girl, adventure isn't her thing I think. She's more like a nice hotel and a pool with cocktails.

went to rhodes last year, and that was good for chilling and casual drinking, plus the scenery and weather is lush
New York is still by far the best place ive been to

I know some American people that live in Syracuse NY and a cop in Kingston NY.

Also some Lieutenant Colonels in the airforce or some goverment agency.. One of the 2 had to actually delete me from fb because it was not allowed by that goverment agency to have foreign contacts. Keep telling them, when I visit that I wanna visit Area 51 and the secret basements underneath the pentagon :lol:

Some lieutenant in the Army Rangers, that lives in texas and a couple of other guys.. New Jersey, Ohio, Boston, Georgia, LA, Rocky Mountains.
known and talked to these people for years and they say I'm more than welcome to visit them for free, just need an airline ticket.. and I've promised them for years already that I'd come to the US.

We talked today about a roadtrip through eastern Europe. Belgium=> Germany => Czech Republic => Slovania => Croatia and go back through Austria

Rent a van and go to youth hostels or sleep in the van.

Come to Houston ,TX and visit Washington at night. Omg I have never had so much fun and been so completely mashed I was still feeling it 2 days after the bars and clubs there are absolutely rammed with sexy ladies, I actually didn't no where to luck!

. Theres a place called Town & Country(that's the name of the town) where I'm staying which is very upper class type area with some fantastic restaurants , bars best one being the Courtyard (Mmm Megan lol). And this is only my first week over here with work but it's just like a massive holiday. Hell yeah another 3 weeks of this!

Oh yeah and the best of it is , is that it's 30 degrees in the day and 20 degrees still at nights!

There's a nuclear bunker in my village a guy used to make then for a living during the cold war I believe
