W33 Private Plate, Freeway/Expression, Falkirk

Hi All,

I spotted a Twingo Freeway/Expression just outside Falkirk College on 14th June, around 4PM

Was wondering if it was anyone off here

You sure it was a Freeway?? There are a few cars in Scotland with "W33" on the reg's, see HigtonA's picture

Definetly a low spec. Twingo.
Won't post the full registration but it was Renault related.
