Seriously like this:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mazda-MX5-/321132799418?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4ac501a5ba

 LOVE the paint and i reckon remove the rear spoiler change exhaust and turbo it and get some decent recaros in there and a proper snap off steering wheel it would be SICK!

If i didnt finance my Gordini i would sell it straight away, also have been looking at classic minis for a vtec conversion as my gordini doesn't feel as special as my GT did, although alot of work and love went into it.

Grumpy with the twingo again.

That looks amazing, I'd love a mx5 for the summer but can't really.

That's worth around £1500 in parts (not including smaller, harder to sell things) so don't expect it to be much less than that.

Your best option would be to buy a standard one and then modify to your preference :)

I like it! not too bothered about the paint!

Matt this is ALL your fault!

Used to have a MK2 mx5.

Until the 133 it was the best car I've owned as it was so good to drive. Just so impractical lol!

I'm a single 20 year old soon to be 21, I don't care about practicality .

I do remember trying to get in a '10 plate mx5 not to long ago, head was at an angle on the roof and I literally couldn't get out the car without someone helping me or putting the roof down, and I'm not fat, just tall and skinny!

Thing is my realistic dream car is smaller, an Elise so I seem drawn to small cars.

And yes all this MX5 browsing is matts fault

Headroom is a huge issue which is why my seat is bolted lower down on the floor rather than on the 'humps' and sliders.

Now not a problem either with a helmet on :)

Any excuse to whore it:

Yes, I didn't care about not being practical until the day I wanted to collect something and it wouldn't fit, or when it snowed and rwd became dangerous! Haha.

Not sure if the new ones are different, but I'm 5" 11 and I fit perfect in mine.

Id say get one as they're cracking cars - just make sure you can live with it!
