Oh boi ! This gives me a opportunity to let rip into them again haha and I win every time ;)

I have already was nice to tell us. Im checking my contract tonight when i get home and all going to plan if i can prove its gone over 10% of a increase i can cancel the contract and then take a new one out without a blackberry either

How are you working it out guys?
i want out of mine too!

Ill let you know once i look tonight.

If the increase is more then 10% you can get out the contract. So best is to work out the MB usage charge and your increase maybe get your last bill and work out what you have been charged for on there.

Just been on the phone to vodafone having a winge about my 3rd day of no blackberry services and bought this into the conversation.

Its not as bad as that sounds for instance my price plan was £30.99 it has now been changed to £31.00 to make up the next 50p so a extra penny out of me. Then if i go over my minutes it isnt rounded up to the next 50p so if i was to go over my minutes by 35p my bill would be £31.35.

I have calmed down now about there money making scam as its only a penny out of my pocket. But still blackberry services is a complete different game!

all companies will get away with the charge for blackberry's whilst BB server is down. lucky had some understanding people down my end. if they have andriod or IOS phones the data is all handled by the phone companies unlike BB whom take it upon themselves to host it all, and i dont think they'll give the users back anything for the lose of connection. all customer advicers will sneakly think you are a retard when you all up saying about your services being down, save your selves some time and just e-mail blackberry. you pay them extra for the services so demand it back

sneaky by them though to round it up as that'll bring in so much £££ to spend on xmas bonus. and charging for going over your data is wack. i know we (o2) dont and i think some others do but not sure on this.

I cant find a email for blackberry. But talking to Vodafone i will get my blackberry services money back dependant on how many days are down to how much i get back

fair play to them. most likely they go hunting Blackberry for the refunded money. hehe.

Vodafone sound like a bunch of scamming c**ts, what a joke that is. Imagine if every company rounded things up, they'd make millions in extra cash!! :( When my contract is up for renewal next year I think I may take my business elsewhere.

Thing is the scale of their money making is going to impact big time on companies. The law firm I work at spends roughly £20,000+ a month on their phone bills with Vodafone. If they start rounding up bills like that, it could push big contracts like that to other providers.
