I'd like to know how much my GT alloys are worth? They'e in mint condition, just one tiny scuff to one alloy (with tyres). I'm looking at replacing them so would like to know how much I could ask for before putting them up for sale.

Ive noticed your after slme rs alloys..

You can sell that for what you think they are worth really.

Being spot on condition with tyres you can say a reasonable £80-100 a wheel

But to be absolutely honest with you youde be lucky to get them all gone for £100, nobody wants to buy them..

Ide keep them for resale, then you can sell whatever alloys you buy and get abit extra cash upon resale and put the GTs back on

I did what blacktwingo-I has said and strored mine away in my garage, il sling them back on if I ever come to sell up. Cant imagine many people wanting to buy then as they aren't really that nice lol

I wasn't expecting them to be worth much but thought they could go towards the rs alloys. I might just hold onto them now I know they're not that saleable.

As with anything, it's worth what someone's willing to pay. I once sold alloys worth peanuts for a few hundred quid with shot tyres, and whilst the bloke came to collect I managed to sell him a load of other useless parts that I'm fairly certain noone else would of paid more than £1 for.

When I sold the car, i returned it to standard and bought the passion alloys from someone with good tyres all round for £100. Made a tidy £350 before you consider tyres into that :p plus £150 or so for the other parts the guy walked away with. I'm not sure if he ever found a use for the anti roll bar he walked away with. Considering it was the same as already fitted to his car, and it wasn't already broken :S

You could always find a mug on ebay, and won't cost anything if you have a free insertion weekend.

If you intend on using them in the future or selling the car, it's worth keeping them.
