Well I got some cash and stuff that smells nice. Will probably buy a few new BluRay discs when I get the chance.

Missus got me an iPod Nano (gen 6) which is awesome. Just loaded it with 10gb of music to start me off haha. I got an iPhone 4 but it's bulky to keep in a pocket for commuting so the Nano won me over.

My mum bought me something quite special, which will involve me having to pass a test in the coming months but will let on to that nearer the time.

Oh and the missus bought me a Moomin, all because she knew when I was a kid I used to sh!t myself when they were on TV. He's all white so going in the Gordini as a mascot. :lol:

We was gonna get my dad the new nano but we fought it was to small and he would lose it so got him a 5th gen

Yeah the 5th gen is a bit more practical in some ways, also has more features on it.

Thing is I have an iPhone 4 which is great but a bit bulky for a pocket. Because I commute I wanted the smallest possible one and it is tiny. Amazing to think they crammed a radio, touch screen and 16gb into it!

Well for me it's good because I can put it in my shirt pocket, only thing is the battery isn't as long lasting as previous MP3 players. I assume all the iPods are fairly similar though.

I used to have a Sony Walkman MP3 player that was basically a memory stick with a screen on it. Was really good as you could drag and drop straight too it, was only 4gb but lasted a week+ of daily use that's 3-4 hours a day usually so was pretty efficient.

Thing is I've become a sucker for gadgets recently and when I saw that new iPod I thought 'Ooooh I want that!' hahaha

I use my 5th gen to cycle to and from work about 50 minutes a day then it goes into my docking station to wake me up the following morning so mines more or less always charged

I quite fancy a docking station for mine, my boss has a Bose one and I was really impressed with the sound from it. For an all in one unit with no external speakers the clarity and bass was very good. Still for the money you'd want it to be. lol

I got a sony one cost about £60-£70 awesome bit of kit

Now it cheaper on amazon ive had mine about 6 months
