As some of you may know I won a competition with my local Renault dealer for £75.00 worth of merchandise or car accessories! Phoned the guy up earlier in the parts department and he was explaining it all to me, so now I gotta decide what mods I can do that are around the £75.00 mark. He said if there's something thats £100.00 you can have it and pay the £25.00 difference!

So guys I need some ideas/advice please :) Renault merchandise/accessories only though, not aftermarket/third party mods.

Not sure that would fit with sams car without spending a lot more money. Perhaps a spoiler?

How much are spoilers normally Karl?! Looked on RUK website and they're £340.00 which is way out of my budget :( And if you haven't got one on do you have to declare it to insurance if you get one added, since its not an original feature and affects the performance of the car?
My fear is my premium may rocket if I have to do so. Need to save before I can do that, I think!

I was thinking rev counter as a possible alternative but that's only £40 and the cowl is something ridiculous like £100+ for a piece of plastic.

It's annoying cos I need to decide and let him know before 10am so he can order them for Thursday! And £75.00, the possibilites are endless (almost) lol.

Was thinking chrome mirror covers as they're £80.00, but I bet you they don't apply to the old style mirrors!! https://www.renault.co.uk/OwnerServices/Accessories/id/23/category/1/accessoriespopup.aspx

You should realy declare any modification which alters the looks or performance of the vehicle.

RS valeting kit ? ideal for shows and meets ;)

Is it a RUK one or a dealer voucher?

If a RUK you can use it in any dealer ;)

no its a special competition by the dealer! They put all the names of the people who "liked" their Facebook page into a hat and picked one out and it was me, and they're giving away £75.00 worth of merchandise, but I phoned him up and he said it could be accessories as well. They're giving one to an original member of their page and one to a newbie member.
I think they're gonna make it a more regular feature - so go on and "Like" their page! :)

Was tempted by this actually, saw it there but then thought when it runs out its gone, plus I still have my mega bag of AutoGlym stuff from FCS 2011.

Rs jacket...?
Think I'm gonna go for this :) Thing is with getting something for the car, I know I won't have the car forever but the jacket I would probably have for years, so might as well have the gift as something I can keep long term.

Cant go wrong with a jacket i have one myself there nice and warm. James ordered one off me that should arrive today!

Going to collect it tomorrow so that'll be a good end to my week lol.

Parker, cos it was the most expensive lol. The one I linked to :) But I actually do like it!
